Ying/Yang is a concept of dualism, describing how seemingly opposite or contrary forces may actually be complementary, interconnected, and interdependent in the natural world and how they may give rise to each other as they interrelate with one another.
A good example of this principle of natural and complementary forces would be the management of non-compliance. When tests are missed or the tests are inadequate, this can lead to a lack of coverage and, ultimately, issues being released live; however, reporting this and resolving the issues may alienate the UAT resource. This, coupled with the simple feedback mechanism, will allow users to feel they are part of the build. Training requirements and time are minimized using the existing training data. As more user ideas are incorporated into the application, the processes should become easier and streamlined, thus helping overall productivity.
