User Acceptance Testing/UAT Survey Report

Having recently held a round table on the topic of User Acceptance Testing which created a fair amount of interest, I thought it worth sharing the highlights from a recent UAT survey we carried out.

The results were split into two reports covering the USA and UK/EMEA. There are regional differences but not unsurprisingly there is much common ground with consistent underlying themes, namely:

  • UAT is considered key to achieving quality objectives
  • UAT takes time and is costly
  • UAT is not always efficient
  • Most of UAT is carried out manually by business users who have been taken away from their day jobs.

If you would like to see the complete reports and read what else your peers are saying, you can download the UK/EMEA report and US report here.

If these challenges resonate with you and your organisation and you would like to know more about solutions to those challenges why not watch this two minute explainer video or get in touch for an informal chat.
