Implementation consists of far more than product installation and 'a bit of training.'
Having developed a strategy with you which will ensure the successful adoption of a move to an automated approach, we will then deliver administrator and user education in a combination of classroom exercises and practical exercises/workshops using your data and test applications. This will leave you with a set of test 'packs' that you can easily continue to work with and develop over time.
Off-site Public User Education & Training
If your personnel change in the future, you can make use of our public courses for cost-effective education of new joiners or to refresh members of staff who have been away from using the products for a while.
Mentoring and Coaching
Classroom education is backed up by a series of hands-on workshops, using your own applications and data, that will enable you to continue to use the products as soon as you return to your desk.
Once all education and workshops are complete, we will usually come back after a few weeks to conduct a post-implementation clinic, to check on progress, address any issues and refine use of the products. Going forward, many clients find great benefit in having periodic visits from one of our consultants to help the on-going learning process through mentoring and specific coaching. We are always delighted to discuss any specific requirements our clients may have and to tailor any mentoring and coaching to each customer's individual needs.
