Enterprise Account Executive – Basingstoke, Hants


The successful Enterprise Sales Executive will develop new enterprise level account business for Original Software products and services, while cross-selling and up-selling into existing customer accounts. This position requires a “Hunter” mentality while being supported with company-developed lead generation program. Earnings level consistent with experience and ability; OTE at plan GBP 100k plus.


He/she will be responsible for selling our automated quality assurance solutions and services to major accounts in an assigned territory. Qualified candidates must have expert working knowledge and real world experience in one of the following segments of the software industry; Application Development, Change Management, Performance Monitoring, Quality Assurance, ERP and CRM software Industry.


Skills Needed


  • Strong enterprise software sales experience; selling complex, high value solutions
  • Consultative selling skills; Creative and dynamic engagement management
  • Experience managing major enterprise account relationships
  • Effective negotiation skills and experience in enterprise level software sales transactions
  • Proven career performances in selling into FTSE 500 companies
  • Experience delivering presentations and proposals to executive level audiences
  • Entrepreneurial characteristics and leadership capabilities; ability to work independently
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding annual sales quota
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team-oriented behaviour; comfortable in growing business environment
  • 5 plus years of experience in technology sales

Solution Consultant - Basingstoke, Hants


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic person to be based in our Basingstoke UK office, to join our expanding team in a full-time role providing customer support, pre-sales presentations, on-site training, consultancy and customer account management. The role involves UK and some international travel.


Skills Needed


  • Practical experience of Software Testing, an ISEB Foundation or equivalent qualification would be advantageous
  • Ideally some previous programming experience
  • Experience of project management and management account
  • Project management of implementations
  • Ability to relate to and communicate enthusiastically with people at all levels
  • Experience of working Oracle databases would be an advantage
  • Ability to perform technical training/consulting
  • A desire to please customers and deliver excellent service

The role is a varied and enjoyable mix of different disciplines for right person, meaning that each day is likely to be different from the last.


Main Activities


  • Management of technical customer relationships
  • Training and implementation consultancy at the customer’s site
  • Project management of implementations
  • Technical support of our products
  • Technical assistance to sales teams in pre-sales presentations
  • Assisting prospective customers in Proof of Concept projects
  • Ongoing development of educational programs and consultancy offerings
  • Customer care and account development

The role includes frequent travel (often international), to deliver training and consultancy.


The position is both challenging and varied and requires a person of high standards and who will provide total commitment to being a positive and valued contributor to the existing team.


Competitive salary and benefits package up to £50k.
